WEL Networks Limitied (WEL) applied for land use consent to establish and operate a 28 turbine wind farm on the Wharauroa Plateau, near Te Uku. John Hudson was engaged as a hearings commissioner for the four week hearing. Consent was granted, appealed, but is being settled by consent order.
