The application is by Stronvar Properties Limited for Subdivision consent for a 54 lot subdivision in the Northern Plains Rural Area of Masterton.

Hudson Associates was engaged to provide landscape assessment for the proposed development. And also provide Assessment of Environment Effects regarding residential development, community development, access roading, dam and associated lighting, vegetation areas, extensively grazed pasture, and the limestone quarry for remedial stabilisation.
