Location: Mahanga, Wairoa, Hawke's Bay

Client: Wine Country Properties Ltd.

Wine Country Properties Ltd applied to the Wairoa District Council for a resource consent to subdivide an area of land at Mahanga being Lots 1&2. The application was assessed as a permitted activity against the objectives and policies of the operative District Plan, including the recent changes (Plan Change 1B) and the recently released new Hawke’s Bay Regional Coastal Plan.
