Expert Evidence for Kapiti Coast District Council at Environment Court

Location: Paraparaumu Beach

Client: Kapiti Coast District Council

Engaged by Council as an expert witness for the Environment Courtappeal over a proposed subdivision on sand dunes on the very edge of the Waikanae Estuary.  

Hudson Associates landscape evidence found the subdivision to be inappropriate in the coastal environment, and consent was declined by the Environment Court.
