Location: Palmerston North

Client: Ashmore Trust

Plan Change 36 aims to re-zone an 11ha of Rural land located on Napier Road to Residential, and a 3.4ha of land zoned Rural land to Conservation and Amenity. The proposed structure plan indicates the open space network and potential roading layout, includes connections to its surrounding areas, walkways and cycleway.

Hudson Associates was engaged by Ashmore Trust to provide expert consultations on structure plan, and prepare the landscape assessment at the wider and local scales.

The plan change was approved in September 2009, and operative in January 2010.
